Fee Collection Information

General Information

Students are required to deposit their admission fee, examination fee, tuition fee, and other prescribed fees at the College Fee Counter during the notified working hours. Please follow the instructions given below for a smooth fee collection process.

Important Instructions

• Bring your College ID Card or Admission Receipt while depositing the fee.
• Carry your Student Registration Number / Application Number for verification.
• Deposit the fee only at the authorized College Fee Counter.
• Please verify your Name, Class, Semester/Year and Subject before making payment.
• Keep the exact amount whenever possible to reduce waiting time.
• Collect the original Fee Receipt immediately after payment.
• Verify the amount and receipt details before leaving the counter.
• Keep your Fee Receipt safely for future reference.
• Students are advised not to hand over cash to unauthorized persons.
• Fee once deposited will be governed by the rules of the College and University.
• Late fee may be applicable after the prescribed last date.
• Students should regularly check the College Notice Board or College Website for fee schedules and last dates.
• If any correction is required in your Name, Class or Subject, contact the College Office before depositing the fee.
• For scholarship students, bring all required scholarship-related documents if applicable.
• Parents/Guardians are requested to accompany students whenever necessary.
